All of them are worth checking out, but the starship gallery one was my favorite. The inside of the building contains many exhibits, including one about Mars, the international space station, and the starship gallery.
In my mind, the space center is broken out into 3 “sections” the inside of the main building, the external yard next to the main building, and the tram tours. We bought tickets online the day before (plenty of availability) and parking and entering was very easy with the mobile tickets. My boyfriend and I had the ability to visit the space center while in Houston for the weekend.
